We’re big fans of all our players, and we always strive to have a positive impact on them not only as players but as young men. See below for some testimonials about us and our programs.
When it comes to training pitchers, what I love so much about Jim is that he is very focused on building the Complete Pitcher. Though he clearly understands the importance of Arm Care, Arm Development & Mechanics, Jim also has a strong commitment to developing a pitchers Mental Game & Approach (Breathing, The Process). Teaching from this holistic approach, Jim's insight, experience and ability to relate these principles to his students is simply game and life changing. Anyone fortunate enough to train under Jim will see an impact on their career in short order.
Appreciate all you do and the passion you bring to the great sport of baseball. What you are doing for these boys really changes their lives.
Wanted to thank you for all you have done for Ryan. Aside from the fundamentals and techniques he has learned, I am appreciative of the life lessons and guidance you have provided along the way. He looks to you as a mentor.
My son really enjoyed the camp and learned a lot. The change in his throwing has been dramatic. I really appreciated how the throwing mechanics are broken down and explained as well as the emphasis that is placed on stretching and arm health We will be back for PDP.
The bottom line is I trust Jim 100%, which is the best thing you can say about a coach. I trust Jim to help my son become the best pitcher he can be while at the same time teaching him specific training techniques that give my son the best chance of having a healthy arm.
Colton really enjoys the program and his arm has never felt or performed better.
Jim’s ADP program superseded all expectations! Prior to the ADP program, Zach had poor pitching mechanics and habits that were causing continued injury to his arm. As a result of completing the program, not only has Zach’s arm healed but his pitching and throwing have significantly and noticeably improved. He walked away with the tools to self-correct whenever necessary both in practice and on the field. When he reverts back to old habits, I simply call out "Brower-Z!" and with a nod he corrects his form on the next pitch. We appreciate Jim’s positive attitude, patience, teaching style and encouragement of parent’s involvement. Overall, ADP improved Zach’s baseball efficacy, giving him a boost in confidence and improving his mental game - all of which have given him increased enjoyment of the sport he already loves!
After getting lessons from other pitching coaches in the Twin Cities for a number of years my son wasn't showing a lot of improvement. Within a few weeks we saw a noticeable improvement, Coach Brower identified some key flaws and weaknesses that other pitching coaches failed to discover.
Matthew has so enjoyed participating in your ADP sessions and he is so glad that I signed him up for them! He feels he has learned so much and has benefited from all you have taught.
As a minor league infielder, I did not have the experience to teach throwing mechanics and pitching skills to Little League age players and was skeptical of YouTube instruction and player/coach ratio of various camps and clinics. We found that Jim's winter clinic of 12 sessions allowed my son to make mechanical changes that has carried over to the summer season. Jim's methodology, patience and teaching skills were powerful tools in teaching my son the “why” as well as the “how”.
